PCI Compliance Scheduled Maintenance - Storepoint Back Office Firmware Update - March 24 at 8 PM to March 25 at 4 AM (exception of 3 pilot sites)
Pilot sites 0700BK99, 5229BK99 and 2823BK99 will be updated during the hours of 10 AM to 2 PM MST on March 24 and managed manually by CPM Tech Support. Sites will be called prior to update in preparation.
Identified business impact: • Credit transactions at Storepoint POS locations will be locally authorizing at the floor limit • Debit transactions will be down at Storepoint POS locations • Cardlock customers (KTTH, EFS, Comdata ) and Storepoint only locations will not be able to fuel while the update is occuring
• IOL / Bulloch POS retail transactions will not be impacted.
Expected downtime is 15 Minutes per location. The update will require a computer restart.
